Here are some key points about me that should tell you what you want to know. These are the things people usually ask. But if there's anything I didn't cover here, just email me. I'm an open book.
.....
I am Jewel Bracy DeMaio, MRW, CPRW, CEIP. I started APerfectResume.com in 1997; this is a firm that's been around a long time, and will continue to be.

My only focus is executives who earn at least $100K; those are the only candidates I write for, all day, every day.
This is a small shop. I do exactly one project per day. Any more than that would prevent me from really delving into who you are. Watch out: I'm going to get to know you!
My work is published in several books you can buy at Amazon or in regular book stores on earth; these are just a few of them.

I'm also published in the Wall Street Journal and Six Figure Jobs; so this is not just me telling you I'm an expert. Other reputable concerns think so as well.
I regularly pursue education and professional training, so I can apply the latest and greatest resume techniques for you. Those letters after my name mean I'm a Master Resume Writer, Certified Professional Resume Writer, and Certified Employment Interview Professional. Training is all the time. I just came back from training 2 months ago.
Why work with Jewel at APerfectResume.com? I'll talk to you for quite a long time before you even buy anything. I don't treat you like a number, and I don't treat you like a sale. Let's talk about your situation. If we end up being a good fit, then come aboard. If not, take the advice I give you and move on; we'll still be good friends.
Why else? The resumes work. My clients work; they score interviews and land positions in days and weeks, not months. They can all tell you their own stories.
My own professional career trajectory started with a 10-year stint in broadcast journalism. My path went just like a lot of yours: I networked my way into every position, and never really looked for a job in the traditional way the entire 10 years.
That's why I understand when you say to me that you haven't written a resume in a long time, and the job market is all different now than it was the last time you were out there looking.
Starting with journalism, I've always had a natural affinity and talent for writing. When it came time for me to do something new, I parlayed that talent into resume writing.
My academic work was at Temple University (BA, Broadcast Journalism). Currently I'm pursuing a Master of Divinity at Palmer Theological Seminary, and a Master of Business Administration at Eastern University.
I have a servant's heart. In May 2011 I traveled to Haiti with a Christian team to run free medical clinics. The top picture is my 12-year-old daughter, who came with me, dispensing medication. The bottom picture is one of many orphans we visited to give them medication and vitamins. The year before I visited Haiti to provide help in the wake of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake.

I have lived and worked in the greater Philadelphia area my entire life.
My two children are thriving:
This is Ruby at age 12.

This is Michael II at age 10.
